What’s Not Covered
We don’t cover damage from events after we leave: rodents chewing through new vapor barriers, water intrusion from roof leaks unrelated to our work, or DIY modifications that disturb our installation. Manufacturer defects in materials are handled through our supplier relationships, not charged to you, but they may require manufacturer inspection for replacement eligibility. Normal settling of blown-in insulation over years is expected and accounted for in our initial depth specifications; if you believe settling exceeds normal range, we inspect and adjust under the 365-Day Done Right Promise if within the window.
